How long does an exchange take?
If you select “exchange” when registering your return, we begin processing right away. Most exchanges are completed within a few business days after your return is scanned by the carrier or received at our warehouse.
What are the return conditions?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition with all labels attached.
Is return shipping free?
No, returns are not free the shipping fee is for the customer.
Where do I find my order number?
It’s in your order confirmation email (and in your account, if you created one). If you can’t find it, our customer service team can help.
Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items are eligible for return within 30 days. You can exchange for another product, receive store credit, or a refund of the purchase price.
What if my exchange item is out of stock?

How long does a refund take?
After your return arrives at our warehouse, processing typically takes up to 10 business days. You’ll receive a notification once the refund is issued. Your bank may take up to 3 additional business days to post the funds.
